LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Binotech is not responsible if an incorrect address is provided during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we take full responsibility for the original order placed and will resend it to you at no cost.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be sent to you and that customs fees may apply when they arrive in your country.
SHIPPING TIME
- Shipping within the UK takes 3–5 days
All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. However, due to free shipping, tracking may sometimes be unavailable.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be shipped separately, even if combined shipping was requested.
