We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to our warehouse, unless the product is damaged or not as described.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, please contact us at info@binotech.eu. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
